Acrylic creates clean, precise business identification
Acrylic is a strong choice when a project needs crisp edges, smooth faces and accurate logo shapes. It works especially well for office wall logos, reception signs, suite identification, directory headers and dimensional letters that will be viewed at close range.
We can cut individual letters, layered logo components or complete acrylic sign assemblies from approved vector artwork. Thickness, color, paint, backer panels and mounting preparation are selected around the finished look rather than treated as one standard product.
BusinessSign.net manufactures non-electrical acrylic signs in Georgia and ships them nationwide. Lighting, electrical components and field installation are not part of the standard scope.
Common acrylic sign formats
Thickness changes the appearance
Thin acrylic produces a subtle raised effect. Greater thickness creates stronger shadows and more visual weight. Layering different thicknesses can separate a symbol from the company name or place lettering over a clear or painted panel.
Very narrow strokes and small inside openings can become fragile. We review the artwork at finished size and may recommend increasing a stroke, opening a counter or changing the assembly so the sign can be manufactured and shipped reliably.
Color and finish options
Acrylic may be supplied in a stock sheet color, painted to an approved color code, or combined with another material. Exact appearance varies with gloss, lighting and surrounding wall color, so a digital logo file alone is not always enough to establish the final finish.
Provide a paint code when brand color is critical. Printed color samples, monitor displays and photographs should be treated only as visual references.
Mounting should be decided before cutting
Adhesive mounting, studs, stand-offs and panel mounting require different preparation. The installer should identify the wall material, available attachment points and desired projection. For patterns or stud preparation, the approved layout and orientation must remain unchanged after production begins.
What to send for a quote
- Desired overall width and height
- Vector logo or clean reference artwork
- A photograph and dimensions of the wall
- Indoor, protected outdoor or exposed use
- Preferred thickness and color
- Mounting preference, quantity and shipping ZIP
When the size is uncertain, send the wall dimensions and a straight-on photograph. We can discuss a practical finished width before preparing the quote.
Frequently asked questions
Can acrylic signs be used outdoors?
Some acrylic components can be used outdoors, but exposure, color, thickness and mounting must be reviewed. HDU, PVC or a panel construction may be more appropriate for fully exposed locations.
Can you match a company color?
Yes. Provide an approved paint code when color accuracy is important. Digital files and screens are not reliable final color standards.
Do you make clear acrylic signs?
Clear acrylic panels and layered clear components can be quoted when they fit the design and shipping requirements.
Can you add lighting?
No. Our standard acrylic signs are non-electrical. Lighting and electrical installation remain with the local project team.
Can you make only the letters?
Yes. We can manufacture individual acrylic letters and logo elements without a full backer panel.
What artwork do you need?
Vector AI, EPS, PDF or SVG artwork is preferred. A clean image may be reviewed when vector art is not available.
Ready to plan your sign?
Send the finished size, quantity, artwork or reference photo, indoor or outdoor use, required date and shipping ZIP. We will review the scope and tell you what is still needed for an accurate quote.
